Bradford PA vs Nuneaton Town
Bradford PA are safe from relegation and have done well in recent weeks as the season is coming to an end. They actually claimed som silverware this season picking up the West Riding County Cup trophy, defeating Harrogate Town in the final last week. That extra game means they’ve had a pretty busy schedule though and with plenty of players injured it could start taking its toll sooner rather than later. Tonight they face promotion chasing Nuneaton Town and look do so without first-choice goalkeeper Jon Stewart who is not likely to be risked due to an injured back. They will also have to do without young striker Reece Webb-Foster who has been recalled by his parent club Bradford City. Temporary manager Darren Edmondson could only name four substitutes in a 0-0 draw at Hednesford on Saturday and is likely to have several players missing tonight as well.
Nuneaton Town’s promotion hopes suffered a severe blow when they went down 2-1 at Boston United on Saturday. They now basically have to win (a draw will be enough if Boston loses their last game and Nuneaton win both their remaining games) their two remaining league games and hope that either Boston or Harrogate slip up in their last games of the season. Despite losing on Saturday against a good Boston side, Nuneaton performed decently well, especially in the first half. With everything to play for tonight we believe they have what it takes to walk away with the three points.
