Bayern Munich II – Nurnberg II
Bayern Munich II have gotten off to a great start this season winning all five league games so far. Not only have they recorded wins, they also outplayed almost each and everyone of their opponents, scoring an impressive 14 goals and only conceding twice in the process.
Ghanaian striker Kwasi Okyere Wriedt scored 22 goals in 29 games last season and have picked up where he left off scoring 4 goals in 5 league outings this season. 19-year old midfielder Meritan Shabani have scored 3 in 3 games and 18-year old South Korean Jeong Woo-Yeong have added another two.
Needless to say there’s plenty of firepower in the Bayern camp and we see them adding to their goal tally here.
Nürnberg II were expected to be a top team this season and the season started nicely with three straight league wins. After that they have stuttered and only managed to draw away to lowly Pipinsried before losing at home to Memmingen on Saturday.
An away trip to a motivated quality home side could be a bit too much for the visitors tonight.
