Real Murcia vs La Roda
Real Murcia are on a roll at the moment and have recorded four wins in their last five league games, including three straight victories. The high-flying Murcians are looking to add another three points to their 27 of the season on Sunday, in an effort to close the gap on the promotion playoff spots. They are four points behind Lorca in 4th and only 9 points behind league leaders Cartagena and there is still plenty of games left of the season to challenge for promotion.
Having tasted defeat only once at home this season, things are looking very promising for the home side here.
La Roda are having a difficult season and currently sit 19th in the table (second bottom), seven points adrift safety. Despite doing slightly better away from home this season they are in for a difficult clash against a strong home side. They are hoping new coach Pato will give them a well needed lift, and it might, but as far as claiming any points we think is a stretch.
They are also not helped by the fact that they are missing several key players. Defender Pablo Revert and midfielders Pepe Palau and Catali are out injured while Samu Martinez is suspended.
