AC Milan – Atalanta
AC Milan’s season under new manager Sinisa Mihajlovic has been one of plenty of ups and downs. They have struggled for consistency up until just recently when it seems like the Serbian finally got things working the way he wants. They now have three straight league wins including an impressive 3-1 win away to Lazio on Sunday. Colombian striker Carlos Bacca now seems to have adapted to the style of play in Serie A and have hit three goals in his last four games for the club. Giacomo Bonaventura will miss tonight’s game with a suspension but M’Baye Niang returns from injury to take a place in the squad.
Atalanta have done reasonably well this season and sit 8th in the table after 11 rounds. Though they have started the season well, their away form has been anything but impressive. They have only managed five points in six away games this season and lost heavily (0-3) away to 18th placed Bologna in the last round. They have also failed to score in their last three games on the road and face a tough challenge at San Siro tonight.
We believe the Rossoneri are now full of confidence and will make it four league wins in a row tonight.
