After last night’s amazing Champions League semi-final between Liverpool and Roma we have, at least on paper, just as an intriguing matchup tonight. Bayern Munich are in free scoring mode at the moment and have scored an impressive 14 goals in their last three games in all competitions, Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Müller pitching in with 4 goals each.
Bayern also have the habit of scoring plenty of goals at the Allianz Arena, and this season is no exception. They have managed an amazing 51 goals in 15 league outings at home and another 14 in five Champions League home games.
Even though it is CL experts Real Madrid coming for a visit we believe the home team will get on the score sheet.
Real Madrid are yet in another Champions League semi-final, and the back to back CL winners are looking to make it to another final. Even though they come rested after not having played on the weekend, they have a very tough task ahead of them. Not many teams will leave the Allianz Arena with points.
The visitors will however be boosted by the return of captain Sergio Ramos, but after conceding three against Juventus a fortnight ago, there is still a question mark regarding the defensive line. Marcelo might be great going forward but his defensive abilities are doubtful, at best. That is something that Bayern surely will look to expose.
Although we might not see as many goals as last night’s goal frenzy, we’ve found a cheeky little bet with a decent odds.
