Cesena vs Trapani
Cesena have been poor this season as they sit 20th in the table almost half way into the season. They have shown glimpses of improvement lately though, especially at home, where they now have three straight wins. They are hoping to make it four in a row when bottom of the table Trapani come for a visit this Christmas Eve. In fact, Cesena have only lost once at home all season and should be the favourites here.
Trapani are desperate for points as they are drifting further and further away from safety at the bottom of the table. Away from home they have haven’t won a single game all season and they were lucky to claim a point in their last outing against Virtus Entella. Virtus dominated the game completely but Trapani were able to hit back with a 94th minute goal to make it 2-2.
Today they will be without suspended duo Nicola Citro and Antonio Barilla as well as Ferretti, Pagliarulo, Raffaello who are all out injured.
A draw will not do any of the teams any good and we believe the home side will grab all three points here.
