Eintracht Trier – Neckarelz
Eintracht Trier has really hit form lately with three straight away wins along with three clean sheets. That takes them to 6th in the table heading into today’s clash with 14th placed Neckarelz. New signing Dennis Gerlinger has already scored three goals this season and could prove to be a really good addition to the team. Coach Peter Rubeck still feels there is room for improvement and is confident the first home win of the season will come today. He has apart from long term injured Christoph Buchner and Holger Lemke a fully fit squad at his disposal.
Neckarelz have really struggled this season and have only managed one win and three points from the opening five league games. The sole win came against bottom place Saar Saarbrücken and they have left the field goalless in three out of five encounters so far this season. They lost their top scorer Sebastian Szimayer (14 goals last season) during the summer and haven’t been able to replace him.
We believe Eintracht Trier should be able to claim a comfortable win here.
