Nordsjaelland experienced a poor start to the season but have along with some new signings slowly started to turn things around. They now have three straight wins (with three clean sheats) including an impressive 1-0 victory away to league leaders Midtjylland. One of the summer additions, Brazilian striker Bruninho, has already scored 7 goals in 8 league games and was voted player of the month in September. He returns to the team today after serving a one match suspension in the 2-0 win against AGF on the weekend. Bruninho was joined in the summer by another Brazilian, defender Ramon, as well as midfielder Stanislav Lobotka, who both arrived from Slovak side Trencin. Three signings who really have improved and already quite strong squad.
Odense have lost three of their four latest games in all competitions and are finding it really hard to pick up points away from home. They have only win in five away games including four straight losses. They don’t have any new injury concerns to deal with tonight, but the confidence in the squad is low and getting anything from tonight’s game will be a tall task.
