Vianense vs Benfica
Vianense ply their trade in the Portuguese third division Group A, where they sit 8th in the table (out of 10 teams) after six rounds. They are still to win a league game this season and have struggled offensively, finding the net only four times all season. Tonight they take on giants Benfica and since their home stadium don’t meet the requirements, the game has been moved to a bigger venue. Not exactly the news they needed before an already tough encounter.
Benfica will let a few players that were away on international during the week rest, but there’s plenty of quality in the squad still. Adel Taarabt will make his debut tonight and Kostas Mitroglu, Luisao and Lisandro Lopez among others will also feature. Surely enough quality to win the game and with Vianense’s attacker struggling, chances are high they will also keep a clean sheet.
